And others that leave a mark on us.
Windsor Station
is a heritage building in the heart of Montreal, where history, business, and exceptional events come together.
One of the largest event spaces in Montreal
Designed as a vast open space, it can be adapted to host all kinds of events: major conferences, galas, balls, large-scale weddings, trade shows, and launches.
Our spaces
Windsor Station offers 326,000 square feet of office and retail space spread over 11 floors.
Setting up shop here means choosing a central address in the heart of downtown, in a prestigious, lively building that is fully integrated into urban life.
The spaces have been redesigned to accommodate a variety of uses: work, services, retail, with modern infrastructure, seamless access, and amenities designed for everyday life, while respecting the heritage identity of the site.
Located at the corner of Peel, Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, and St-Antoine, just steps from the Bell Centre, Windsor Station is fully integrated into downtown Montreal.
It is connected to the Montreal underground network (RÉSO), the Bonaventure and Lucien-L’Allier metro stations, the REM, the Central Station and Lucien-L’Allier Station, as well as major roads and bike paths.
Built at the end of the 19th century for Canadian Pacific Railway, Windsor Station has witnessed more than a century of departures, arrivals, and transformations.
Designated a National Historic Site of Canada, it has stood the test of time while preserving its distinctive features, which have been protected and enhanced.
Today, Windsor Station is not a relic of the past. It continues to play an active role in Montreal life.
